The first thing you need to do is to submit your application by 28th February 2017. Click Apply Now in one of the job descriptions, and you will be asked to register into our recruitment tool.

If you pass step one, you will be asked to complete two online tests. To see if you are a good fit in our organisation, the first test is a talent screener that describes a situation and asks how you would act in the given situation. Secondly, the numerical ability test measures your understanding of numbers and ability to make conclusions from them in a timely manner.
The OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) measures personality traits that are relevant to occupational settings. Ultimately, the test measures traits to determine your behavioural style at work and how well you fit the role you are applying for.
In addition, you will answer a few selected questions in a video interview. This is used to validate your English language skills, presentation skills and, in the form of a business case, your ability to make sound decisions and proposals.
At this point in time, you are among the last 3-4 candidates for the position. The hiring manager and HR business partner will interview you.
Final decisions can be expected by May 2017, while the programme will start between May and September depending on the exact position.
